These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Bukmacherska Sp. z o.o., the operator of the online platform available at fuksierz.bet, as presented to users located in the United Kingdom via the "Fuksiarz" version of the site. These Terms set out the conditions for your informational use of the Website and, where legally permitted, the conditions for opening an account, using betting services and participating in promotions.

Important regulatory notice: Bukmacherska Sp. z o.o. operates under licence number PS4.6831.1.2020 issued by the Polish Minister of Finance for the provision of betting and gaming services within the Republic of Poland only. The operator does not hold any licence from the UK Gambling Commission and therefore no real-money betting or gaming services are offered or may lawfully be provided to persons residing in, located in, or ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom. Effective date: These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and apply to all use of the "Fuksiarz" version of fuksierz.bet on or after that date.

Definitions

Operator means Bukmacherska Sp. z o.o., a company incorporated in Poland and operating the online platform at fuksierz.bet under licence PS4.6831.1.2020 issued by the Polish Minister of Finance.
Website means the online platform accessible at fuksierz.bet, including any UK-facing informational version marketed as "Fuksiarz".
Fuksiarz means the UK-targeted informational presentation of the Website, which explains the Operator's services and restrictions for UK visitors but does not itself provide licensed gambling services in the United Kingdom.

One account per person: Each User may hold only one active Account with the Operator. Multiple Accounts, fictitious identities or Accounts opened on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

You must promptly update your details via the Website if your circumstances change (including any change of residence to or from the United Kingdom).
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out under your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
Notification of unauthorised use: You must immediately notify the Operator via the contact channels on fuksierz.bet if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or a breach of security.
Prohibition on UK use: You agree that you will not access your Account, place Bets or otherwise use the Services while you are physically present in the United Kingdom, including by using VPNs, proxies or other technical means to disguise your location.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General betting conditions

Availability of markets: Betting markets, odds and games available on fuksierz.bet are determined by the Operator in accordance with the Polish Licence and may be changed, suspended or removed at any time. The "Fuksiarz" version of the Website may display such markets for informational purposes, but Bets from Users in the United Kingdom will not be accepted.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Each betting market or game may be subject to minimum and maximum stake limits, as displayed on the Website at the point of Bet placement. The Operator may adjust these limits at its discretion for risk-management or regulatory reasons.
Placing a Bet: A Bet is deemed to be placed when it has been recorded on the Operator's servers and confirmed by an on-screen confirmation and/or entry in the Player's betting history. The Operator is not responsible for Bets that are not received or recorded before the relevant cut-off time.

Acceptance, cancellation and settlement of Bets

Acceptance: All Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to validation by the Operator. The Operator may refuse any Bet (in whole or in part) without giving a reason, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, regulatory non-compliance or technical error.
Cancellation by the Player: Once accepted, Bets cannot normally be cancelled or modified by the Player. In exceptional circumstances, and at its sole discretion, the Operator may agree to cancel or adjust a Bet before the event starts.
Void Bets: The Operator may declare a Bet void (and return the stake) in circumstances such as obvious pricing errors, cancelled events, regulatory requirements or technical malfunctions. In such cases, the Operator's decision will be final, subject to any applicable regulatory complaint process.
Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official results of the relevant event or game, in accordance with the specific rules published on the Website. Settlement times may vary and are subject to verification and validation.

Conduct in live products, chats and interactive features

Respectful behaviour: Where the Website offers live betting, live casino, chat or community features, Users must behave respectfully towards other Users and staff. Abusive, discriminatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise inappropriate language or content is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of cheating and fraud: Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software errors, engage in collusion, use automated tools or otherwise cheat is forbidden and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of Bets and reporting to relevant authorities.

UK prohibition: Any Bet purportedly placed from within the United Kingdom, or by a person resident there, is void and may be cancelled by the Operator. Winnings may be withheld and the matter may be reported to regulators where legally required.

Bonus Terms

General bonus conditions

Promotional nature: Bonuses and promotions offered via fuksierz.bet are discretionary and may be granted, modified or withdrawn by the Operator at any time. They do not form part of a Player's contractual entitlement to the Services.
Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have successfully completed registration and verification in a jurisdiction where the Operator is authorised to offer such promotions. Users located in, resident in or accessing the Website from the United Kingdom are not eligible for any Bonuses or promotions and should treat all promotional information on "Fuksiarz" as purely illustrative.
Specific terms: Each Bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which may include wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, maximum convertible winnings and expiry periods. In case of conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail over these general Bonus Terms.

Wagering requirements and timeframes

Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, 5x, 10x or 20x the bonus amount) before they, and any associated winnings, may be withdrawn. Stakes placed using real-money funds may count towards wagering requirements only where stated in the applicable promotion.

Prohibited actions and combining promotions

Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Players may not combine multiple Bonuses or promotions in a way that results in overlapping wagering. Where more than one Bonus is active, the Operator's systems will normally apply wagering requirements in the order in which Bonuses were credited.
UK Users: Any attempt by a User in the United Kingdom to participate in Bonuses or promotions is a breach of these Terms. The Operator may cancel such Bonuses, void associated Bets and close any Account found to be used from the UK.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit methods and conditions

Available methods: Deposits to an Account may be made using the payment methods made available on fuksierz.bet from time to time, which may include debit cards, bank transfers and certain e-wallets, subject to the requirements of the Polish Licence and applicable law. Availability of methods may vary by jurisdiction and by Player profile.

Refunds and treatment of Bets and Bonuses

Refund of deposits: Refunds of deposits are not automatically available and will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, subject to the Operator's internal procedures and regulatory obligations. Refunds may be refused where the Operator suspects misuse, fraud or UK-based activity.
Void Bets: Where a Bet is declared void in accordance with these Terms or specific game rules, the stake will normally be returned to the Player's Account, and no winnings will be payable.
Bonuses: Bonus funds have no cash value until all applicable conditions are met. If a Bonus is cancelled or expires, any unused Bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed from the Account without compensation.
UK Users: If the Operator identifies that a User in the United Kingdom has nonetheless made deposits or placed Bets in breach of these Terms, it may void Bets, cancel Bonuses and seek to return any remaining deposits to the original payment method where legally and technically possible, less any reasonable administrative costs.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's obligations and fairness of Services

Provision of Services: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with the Polish Licence and applicable law in relevant jurisdictions. This includes operating games and betting markets fairly and settling Bets based on accurate results.
Technical integrity: The Operator aims to maintain the continuous availability and technical integrity of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Routine maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond the Operator's control may temporarily affect access.
Regulatory compliance: The Operator will comply with applicable regulatory requirements in jurisdictions where it is authorised. For the United Kingdom, the Operator confirms that it is not licensed by the UKGC and therefore does not provide regulated gambling services to UK residents; its obligation is limited to ensuring that UK Users are clearly informed of this status and prevented from gambling where possible.

Exclusions and limitations

Indirect or consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill, even if foreseeable or if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Maximum liability: Subject to mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and Services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will not exceed the higher of (a) the amount of your relevant Bet or transaction giving rise to the claim, and (b) the equivalent of £1,000 in the relevant currency, calculated at the date of the incident in 2025.
Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of content and software

Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website fuksierz.bet, including its "Fuksiarz" version, the "Fuksiarz" brand as used on fuksierz.bet, software, graphics, text, data compilations, databases, audio-visual content and underlying source code, are owned by or licensed to the Operator.
Limited licence to use: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted or implied.

Prohibitions on use

No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, broadcast, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise use any part of the Website or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
No commercial exploitation: You must not use the "Fuksiarz" brand, the name "Fuksiarz", the domain fuksierz.bet or any content from the Website for commercial purposes, including advertising, affiliate marketing or data scraping, without the Operator's prior written consent.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the User

Account closure: A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Operator via the channels indicated on fuksierz.bet. The Operator will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC checks and regulatory obligations.
Informational use: Users who access only the "Fuksiarz" informational site may cease use at any time by leaving the Website. No formal termination procedure is required.

Suspension and termination by the Operator

Grounds for suspension: The Operator may suspend or restrict an Account or access to the Website where it reasonably suspects (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; (c) use of the Website from the United Kingdom or another Restricted Jurisdiction; or (d) technical or security issues.
Closure of Accounts: The Operator may close an Account where (a) the Player has requested closure; (b) the Account has been inactive for a prolonged period; (c) verification cannot be completed; or (d) serious or repeated breaches of these Terms have occurred.
Blocking UK access: The Operator may block or restrict access to "Fuksiarz" and/or the broader Website for Users detected as being in the United Kingdom, including by using IP-based geolocation or other measures, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Consequences of termination

Balance on closure: Upon lawful closure of an Account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds and subject to any set-off for fraudulent or unlawful activity) will be returned to the Player where legally and technically possible.
Refunds to UK Users: If an Account is closed because the Operator determines that it has been used from the United Kingdom in breach of these Terms, the Operator may void Bets, cancel Bonuses and seek to return remaining deposits to the original payment method where possible, subject to any legal reporting or freezing obligations.
